I am a female 69 yrs old, retired and lead a busy interesting life, but am now continually fighting against fatigue, lack of interst increasing, I struggle with lack of motivation, have happiness declining and just can't be bothered, rely on sleeping pills etc. P.H. registered Nurse I have been treated for depression for 12yrs with Prozac (Fluoxetine) 20mgs daily.
