Moderate Adrenal Fatigue Dietary Supplement Program
If you scored between 89-132 (women) or 88-130 (men) on the Adrenal Fatigue questionnaire (p.61, Dr. Wilson’s book). This complete program is very effective at restoring your physiology and biochemistry towards normal so you can feel well again. Take all 3 dietary supplements as directed below and the additional liquid herbal product, to obtain optimal benefit. In addition, take with a glass of salted water 1/4 teaspoon in an 250ml glass of water if you crave salty foods.
* 2 tablets on rising, 1 at noon, 1 at 2.30 pm, and 1 before bed.

* 2 tablets on rising, 1 at noon, 1 at 2.30 pm, and 1 before bed.
Herbal Adrenal Support Formula or Herbal HPA if you have high blood pressure concerns or if you are sensitive to licorice.
* Take 15 drops in water or dilute juice on rising, 10 drops at noon, and 10 drops at night before bedtime.

*Some people may have difficulty taking anything first thing in the morning. If you can’t take the supplements when you rise, then take them with your first food of the day, but remember you will feel better if you never skip breakfast, eat early and chew your food well.
