Makes you kind of wonder why do so many go to Australia for work? Work stress = adrenal fatigue, no wonder so many Aussie women are tired! See the page on tired Aussie women, there are an estimated 4.5 million of them.

September 22, 2008 @ 7:33 pmYes, I agree it is a good article, and I wonder how long it will take most people to realise what a poor, stressed state their body is actually in? most people are so busy rushing and borrowing energy from their future by drinking coffee etc - just to achieve their day to day living…..its like extending the bank overdraft and that isnt sustainable.
