		<description>Yes, I agree it is a good article, and I wonder how long it will take most people to realise what a poor, stressed state their body is actually in? most people are so busy rushing and borrowing energy from their future by drinking coffee etc - just to achieve their day to day living.....its like extending the bank overdraft and that isnt sustainable.</description>
